I recently had the pleasure of staying at Peacock, a charming family-run hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I entered the premises, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for a wonderful experience.
The standout feature of Peacock is undoubtedly its impeccable room service. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident in every aspect of my stay. The rooms were not only spacious and tastefully decorated but also maintained with utmost cleanliness. The housekeeping staff deserves commendation for their dedication to providing a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests.
All the services at Peacock were top-notch, from the friendly front desk staff to the efficient room service. The hotel's commitment to ensuring a pleasant stay for its guests was evident throughout my visit. The staff's willingness to go above and beyond to meet guests' needs added an extra layer of satisfaction to my overall experience.
While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Peacock, I would like to offer a suggestion for improvement. It would be wonderful if the hotel could consider offering halal food options to cater to its Muslim customers. This addition would undoubtedly enhance the overall inclusivity of the hotel and make it an even more appealing choice for a diverse range of guests.
Despite this minor suggestion, my overall experience at Peacock was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly give it a well-deserved 5-star rating. I would highly recommend this family-run hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable stay. I look forward to returning to Peacock in the future and enjoying their outstanding...
Read more"This hotel is not for Nepalese. As a matter of fact, they also force you to give good reviews." The first time I visited this hotel, I was very happy and was delighted with their services. But when I visited the second time, I was scolded, and they constantly reminded me that there are foreigners in their hotel and we had to keep our sound low in the night when we were just coming tired after the jungle walk and were just sitting without making any noises. They didn't respect that; they just wanted to remind us in a rude way that there were foreign tourists. We, Nepalese tourists living in a hotel belonging to Nepal, felt embarrassed by them, which didn't seem good to me. I changed the hotel right away. No matter to what nationality I belong, I was there to have fun just like everybody else, but they didn't see that. They thought I was a Nepalese tourist who'd say yes to the disrespect they'd shown. Nope, when the tourist season comes, they don't give a damn about us. Rating 0...

The exceptional care provided by Ashish sir, Suraj sir, and Padam dai made us feel like we were part of their family, rather than mere guests. For those looking for a peaceful haven amidst the hustle and bustle of Sauraha, Hotel Peacock is an idyllic retreat that surpasses all expectations. I highly recommend this exquisite gem to anyone seeking a truly unforgettable experience. One caveat to note is that Hotel Peacock is not suited for large and boisterous groups. But for those who appreciate the intimacy and tranquility of a cozy setting, Hotel Peacock is an...
