Art Cafe — Restaurant in Ratnanagar

Very nice little art carve and l must say the Art is very good. Very relaxed feel and good music being played. It was quite busy at the time l went tho still got a table. Greeting and service was friendly and the young female waitress was so nice and always smiling which is fantastic. I ordered the grilled chicken salad and it was a lot different than l pictured in my weird brain as it looked very different tho it was really tasty & full of flavour. I also ordered their crispy chicken burger to take away as l had seen the reviews on them. OMG it is by far the best Chicken burger l have had in Nepal hands down. We had a lovely breakfast experience at Art Cafe so we decided to come for the dinner too! Staff was kind and friendly, we exchanged small chitchat, which was lovely. We waited little longer for the food but we wanted to enjoy chill morning so we didn’t mind. Inside (working A/C) there are couple of smaller tables and one large table , great for big groups. Nice and clean washroom. Outside sitting area is very cosy. We got green lemonade and lemon ice tea (highly recommended!! 💫), espresso macchiato and ice cappuccino (Coffee was great), simple breakfast bundle, and mushroom and cheese omelette w/ potato hash browns. Pretty terrible experience. We saw all the good reviews and decided to pop in for some takeaway sandwiches (for the ride to 20,000 Lake) and a veg pizza. Only us and two other people but about six staff so when 30mins passed, we asked if everythin was okay. They assured us it was and would be ready in 5mins. Another 30mins later, nothing. We were about to leave when finally we were served with a very mediocre pizza (that was tiny and not worth the over an hour wait). Sandwiches were yummy though.
