Comfortable with plenty of amenities.

Can't find better for the price.....the most comfortable bed in any accommodation we've ever stayed in; steady flow of HOT water in the shower; Netflix in a private loungeroom; tea, coffee, hot chocolate and breakfast provided in room; mini fridge in room; amazing heated jet spa on the deck; polite and considerate hosts who respected our privacy and communicated well before our stay; lots of local tourist information pamphlets for guests perusal; immaculately clean with modern styling. Awesome stay at the Flax&Fern. The hosts have put and a lot of time and effort into taking care of all the small details. The rooms smelt amazing, were beautifully dressed and had everything you would need . Details like a door from the bedroom going straight out to the spa, glass bottles of water,juice and milk. Lovely continental breakfast options.Plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery Lights that had a dimmer and even a first aid kit. It was nice and warm and the bed is the best I’ve even been in away from home, Hey it might even be better than mine !...

Clean, comfortable and adequately furnished, but very noisy. The room is on the bottom floor with the family living above, and every noise from above can be heard. I could hear chatting and the TV into the night (although not too late) and was then woken at 6am by bathroom noise from above for a while, followed by TV/music and a crying child from 7:30am onwards. Not at all restful...
