Glamis Ave Shared Home B&B — Hotel in North Island

The hosts were super nice to let us book a room at 8pm and waited for us until 9pm as we were traveling but only if we pay cash as we haven't booked online. My bad I didn't check if I have enough cash, but then he agreed to let us transfer through online bank app. I think this would be a nice additional option of payment, perhaps a paywave as well for convenience.

The room was very nice, clean, and everything's complete- toiletries, food, even a hairdryer. It was our first time to encounter a "self-help breakfast" (cereals, yogurt, bread, lots of options of spread, milk, juice, bananas), and it was very convenient as we had to checkout at 6am. Neighborhood was quiet and we had a good rest.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! Host our RUDE. We had a booking and advise the owner that we would be arriving at 23h because of our flight arrival time. They said it was « All good ». Our flight was a little delayed and we arrive at 23h10. We received a message at 23h05 that they closed the check in…. We tried to call, knock and they ignored us! We had to sleep in our car in front of the house. Even the next morning, they never replied to my messages and they just charged the night on my credit card. I DO NOT RECOMMAND.
