NauMai Motel — Hotel in North Island

I have never given a bad review however this motel was very disappointing to say the least.|1/ Curtains were coming off hooks|2/ light above a bed didn't work.|3/draw handle coming off.|4/ only 4 coffee sachets for 3 adults.|5/no hairdryer.|6/ poor cleanliness.|7/room bad state of repair|8/ only one bedside table for double bed.|9/ no one in reception to sign out|10/ TV had crack in screen|11/ fraying towels.|Have stayed here before and had nothing but good to write.|Please accept as constructive criticism to improve your...

Stayed here for one night with my partner so we could do the White Island Tour. Motel was ok a bit tried and only had a microwave and fridge not the kitchenette that is advertised. They took the money off my credit card before we even arrived even though it said we could pay cash on arrival. The room was ok, location was pretty good, but i would only stay here one night as a handy stop over. Charles and Sharleen were awesome hosts they looked after us the whole time we stayed (10 Days) the room was nice and big free wifi the entire time we were there and anything we needed we got straight away. They had us a portacot setup in our room when we got home one day so that was nice. Thank you for your amazing hospitality will definitely stay again.
