The Bakehouse Cafe, — Restaurant in Bay of Plenty

I love potato top pies but these ones here seem to be very peppery and slightly spicy but in a gross way, and not enjoyable! (I love Pizza Hut chicken wings, thats a nice spicy). I kept buying them from time to time and was always disappointed. This is probably the reason they always had potato tops when I went there. The price is high for a pie - $5 which I guess I'd happily pay if the pies consistently tasted the same and tasted delicious. But they never do. Even the quiches always taste different - sometimes dry, sometimes salty. This always puts me off going to this bakery. The other Bakehouse's in town are cheaper and are ALWAYS nice! I haven't been back to this one in a long time. Probably never will waste my money here again.
