Regal Palms Resort — Hotel in North Island

Hi everyone. We stayed there for 3 days. The room was amazing, new, tidy, and just 10/10(especially the bathroom) Freshly built complex and you can see it. That was only positive for us.

I don't know what happened with your stuff guys but all of them look soo tired and don't really care about customer service. Don't get me wrong they were helpful at some stage but mostly if you come to reception you feel like you disturbing there break. Noone told us about the cleaning process(3 days no cleaning at all, apparently because of level 2. However, no one said anything, and when we came and ask for it duty manager wasn't even saying sorry. It took 2 times to walk down to reception to get a bedsheet so we can replace it by ourselves. Everything is locked (sauna, gym etc.) You need to go to reception and ask for the key and return it. The sauna is awful...(5 stars hotel). If you use water and put it on stones it is hot for about 3 mins and later on you can feel the wind going thru and the sauna is cold!! The worst sauna experience ever. They have a nice Samsung 55" tv but if you want to use smart TV you need to go to reception AGAIN to get a remote..(remind you 5-star hotel). So I would say if you expecting a 5-star hotel experience don't go to the Regal Hotel, however, if you more about good rooms but not the service or...

Checked out today. What can I say other than 10/10! We stay at Regal Palms Resort everytime we holiday in Rotorua why? Because of the beauty, the luxury, the fun, everything we need and want at our fingertips! From their beautiful modernized Suites to your own in - room spa, don't forget to use your robes in the bedroom wardrobes always nice. Spacious Suites kitchen, dining areas. Plenty of space for families and parents for privacy in your own bedroom and Californian King bed! Their heated pool, mini golf, tennis court, gym, table tennis and their nicely set up bbq area. What more could you ask for! We always utilize all amenities when we stay. So nice to wake up in the morning and play mini golf ⛳️ with the family 😊 Then go for a swim. Always a beautiful experience everytime would not stay anywhere else in Rotorua! I have stayed here twice in the past 6 months and enjoyed both stays in the renovated rooms. The rooms are very clean, and nicely set out, love the big spa baths which is the main reason I really enjoy it here. However the first time I stayed I showed up a little earlier then check in time to see if I was able to check in, the guy was really nice and let me know that the room won’t be available due to a lot of check outs that day due to a event the day before. He then went to check when with cleaning staff to see how long until my room would be ready which I really appreciated I told me to come back at a certain time and it would definitely be ready. I then came back at the time he told me and was met with a lady on the desk I went in and she looked at me like I didn’t belong there, stared at me for at least 5-10 seconds after I said hello and gave her my information and started to act like I was dumb and couldn’t understand her….
