Our whanau with 3 young children under 5 ended up staying here for 6 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in both the two-bedroom and one-bedroom motels and found an abundance of space, a real luxury when travelling with little ones. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the shower pressure was a delightful surprise, making it easy to wash away the day's adventures.
The children were thoroughly entertained with the well-maintained playground and the proximity to the beach meant that fun was never far away. The addition of reliable washing machines and dryers was greatly appreciated for our family needs, and the thoughtful daily replenishment of towels and condiments, along with weekly full room cleans, added a touch of hotel luxury to our self-serviced experience.
Rainy days were no less exciting, thanks to the warm and bubbly spa pool, which provided a perfect retreat for relaxation and family fun. The fast Wi-Fi was awesome, allowing us to plan our outings with ease and stay connected with friends and family.
What truly set Greymouth Top 10 Holiday Park apart was Warren and his team's unwavering hospitality. They were always friendly, approachable, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of stellar. This holiday park is a treasure for families, and we left with memories we'll cherish. We can’t...

Bathrooms and showers very nice, really cool having games room with pool and arcade games etc. A few times the games swallowed our money and didn't work but maybe thats because they are a bit old. We didn't really mind anyway. I'm sure they would have refunded us if we went to reception but we didn't bother. Great location right on beach with a mini putt right outside the park. Units were tidy with pretty much everything you need, not the comfiest bunks in the world but still very decent.
Only thing I would mention is the kids riding around on the hire go kart things, maybe they could be asked not to ride them around the entrance. Just a thought as we had a few of them turn into our car without even watching and could have been disastrous if we weren't paying enough attention. Its not a huge deal but just a thought as I saw a few people backing out with the karts right behind them and also camper vans not able to drive in because there were 3 or 4 go karts all congregated driving around the entrance completely oblivious.
Overall we loved it though....

Planned to stay there for 3 nights, left after 1 as the beds in the studios are some of, if not, the most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept on; there have been hotel room floors more comfortable than what was provided.
The walls are so paper-thin that we could hear the TV from the room 2 doors down. Anything more than talking to a person next to you can be heard from the next room.
Wi-Fi was provided... but at speeds that could rival countryside towns in Eastern European countries and you’re given a data limit which is more of a war crime than what happened in similar Eastern European countrysides.
Lastly, Greymouth Seaside TOP 10 provide activities such as mini golf and bike rentals which cost an arm and a leg at $12 per person per round and $15 per person per round respectively; so bring your kid’s college fund because you’ll need it just to cover entertainment for 1 day
Otherwise, a lovely little hotel and caravan park nestled...
