There is no reception at this place and you have to call the owner before you arrival that was absolutely not convenient as we were traveling from the north and didn’t know the exact time of arrival. The room was not ready by 15.00 as it was mentioned on booking so we had to go for a walk for another 1,5 hours. But even after that the room was still being cleaned. We managed to check in at a round 16.40 after an argument with the owner. |There is no sink in the kitchen and you have to get water in the bathroom to make tea. |The heating system in the bathroom works with a timer that was absolutely inconvenient during winter time.|The accommodation is a room with a separate entrance in the owner’s house. There is a door in between the room and the main house that was not locked that brings questions to security.|We paid for the property and stayed there overnight but as we had an argument with the owner, he cancelled our stay on booking.com saying that my card is invalid (even though the payment was made on arrival). The owner was probably afraid that I would leave a negative review on booking.com and cancelled my stay in the property. Now this stay does not appear in my stays on booking.com. Very comfortable bed and sheets. Nice view of the tranquil garden.

Very expensive for what it offers though. Appreciated the coffee machine in the room but.. there was no coffee cup to fit in the machine. The mugs provided were too big and the tea cups were too tiny.

Room was generally clean and the toilet was my favourite as it had a mirror light, was so happy to use it for putting on my makeup finally in good lighting.

Owners might need to have a word with the housekeeper as our mugs were heavily stained with coffee. Initially I thought it was a stain that wouldn’t come off but I used the dish washing detergent and it came off with a gentle rub. Obviously the housekeeper didn’t bother… there were cookie crumbs in one of the tea cups too. the hair conditioner has also run out and it was hard to pump anything out of the bottle.

Bad rating because I found the price-value not justified. 2 pictures posted on Maps were showing a kitchen with seating area that cannot be used by guests. So in fact, this place does not offer as much comfort as depicted. I reported the pictures. The positive that you cannot see: it was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The garden looks better than on the pictures (more plants), as some work has been done. The negative you'd better know: walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbours talking. The rooms have a door that communicate to owner's apartment. The door remains closed, no privacy issue, but strong kitchen smell came through that door during our stay.
