Arctic Breeze — Hotel in Tromsø

You guys have made me very disappointed and angry. I booked your Aurora trip for 7 January on 22 December, the payment was successful, the email was received and the booking screen on get your guide was normal, but I never received my ticket, I messaged you two days before departure to ask you why I didn't receive my ticket, and you told me to check in at the start of the event and just give my name! You told me to report my name when I checked in at the start of the event. But when I arrived as scheduled, I was surprised to find that my name was not there, and the three people in charge at the time did not have a reasonable explanation, even after I showed all the evidence to prove that my booking was successful, but also insisted that the day was already full, and no longer pay attention to me, I will leave me where I was and drive the car away. It was not until I enquired with get your guide's customer service that I realised that there was a system problem and that even though I had successfully paid for my booking, there was no place for me. She was surprised that you had not double-checked and that you didn't realise the error even though I had asked. It would have been better if you had told me a day earlier that there were still options available to me, rather than learning about it later when I was declined and there were no options available at that point in time. You have so many positive reviews, I don't think this is the kind of cheap mistake you should be making, but it did happen to me, and I'm furious about it. I hope you can give me a reasonable explanation, I'm really disappointed in you guys, single Asian female customers shouldn't be...

The tour was an exceptional experience and highly recommended. The organisation was impeccable from the start: the transfer in the van was very comfortable, with a modern vehicle in perfect condition, ensuring a pleasant journey even in the low temperatures of the region.

The guide was a true professional, with a deep knowledge of both the nature of the auroras and the best locations to view them. His enthusiasm and kindness made the tour even more special, providing us with fascinating information and ensuring that all participants enjoyed themselves to the fullest.

The highlight, of course, was the Northern Lights. We were fortunate to witness a truly impressive spectacle, with lights dancing in the sky in a way that exceeded all expectations. This tour not only met, but far exceeded our expectations.

We didn’t get lucky with weather in Tromsø so we drove to Finland! I appreciate the efforts the team made to make sure we got a good views. They took some photos of us and provided hot chocolate. The website states “Warm thermal suits and a Tripod” are provided but they weren’t. So just be prepared with warm clothes. I asked for a tripod and they had one extra they weren’t using, but I came expecting tripods for everyone to get stable photos since that’s what the website says.

If you are tall or plus size, beware that this bus is SMALL. The seats are not friendly to either body type. I am both and had to sit halfway in the aisle because I couldn’t fit in the seat. My legs and hips were dying of pain for the full 7 hours. My friend who is 5’1 and a size medium had an incredibly difficult time with the bus size too, so being 6ft and plus size is not the vibe.
