Har vært gjest hos Kaffebønna i Tromsø sentrum gjennom flere år og har stortsett vært fornøyd. Litt smårusk i helgene har det vært. En kaffebar med eget bakeri bør i det minste klare å tilby ekte smør og marmelade til sine croissanter. På Jekta er dette en total umulighet å få til, trass i gjentatte spørsmål og oppfordringer om å tilby dette. I sentrum går dette som regel greit på ukedagene og som regel i helgene om bare betjeninga gidder å hente det i bakeri/konditori delen. Holdninga til den ansatte på Jekta er ikke akkurat serciceninded så jeg setter ikke mine...
