Stayed here for a week. The staff is friendly but not hospitality trained. Rooms are spacious and above average (2 Bedroom appartment). |The break fast is terrible. The menu is very poor and is the same everyday. Even the fruits do not change. The breakfast table is always empty and items on the limited menu have to be asked for. There is only one or two guys for the coffee shop and so called restaurant called Midpoint. Repeated requests/ complaint to the front office was not heeded. Please be wary of what they advertise.|We had to leave 2 days early because of a business requirement and the management refused to refund the amount which we had paid in advance. I have been a frequent Cutomer to this hotel, I have tried most of their rooms , Never had doubts with the workers not even once , they are beyond welcoming and respectful. However the hotel from the inside needs abit of taking care of as most of the bulbs for the light in the rooms are not working and the GYM equipments are not up to date .
