Well, first of all the place is kind of ok, but the food is no worthy at all. I have been 2 time and both time food was completely disaster. I went with family.

Now let me review about the food. We ordered beef leg curry, Avooli fish fry, porotta , rice patari. Beef leg curry was pathetic, it was like worthless, the meat was so hard and it was not even breaking. It was like we four people tried hard to take out the meat but it didn't work work, the meat was not at all good, it was completely tasteless, rice patari was to dry and I think it was made in morning.

2 visit. We ordered beef fry, chicken varath curry , mutton curry , chapati, appam, porotta, masala dosa, ghee roast.

Well the chicken curry didn't look like what we ordered it was tasteless and It was just like normal chicken curry , I can say I can make it better than that, waste of money for it. Mutton curry was ok, it's no so worthy. Beef curry was ok ok, it was worth eating . But in terms of taste all 3 curry were not at all tasty.

Masala dosa was literally very bad, the taste was yuk, the sambhar was sticky and smelly, chutny was too spicy it was like it's made of chilly, normally masala dosa chutny is made of coconut, but this was chilly . Dosa was too oily too.. Ghee roast was ok. What I say more . Chappati was too dry and half cooked, we didn't want to waste the money we paid so we had to eat . Well it doesn't last long after reaching home we all fell sick and we all pucked.

We had dinner from Nissarkkas Adukkala on the night of 18/04/2025, and it was a totally disappointing experience. We ordered kappa biriyani, dosa, and chicken biryani, and sadly, all of them were below average.

The chicken biryani had no real flavor, and the chicken tasted like it was from the previous day — not at all tender or juicy. It was so hard, it felt like chewing rubber. The dosa was served cold and lacked any appealing taste. The kappa biriyani was also underwhelming and lacked the authentic touch we expected.

To make things worse, the staff were disorganized, took the orders improperly, and there was a significant delay in serving the food. The restaurant was crowded, but that doesn't justify the lack of quality or poor customer service.

The only thing we liked was their tea, which was surprisingly good — but that alone doesn't make up for the rest of the experience.

I visited the restaurant based on their good Google reviews, but unfortunately, I feel let down. Definitely not a place I'd recommend if you're expecting good food and...

Extremely Disappointed! I had one of the worst dining experiences ever at this restaurant. The waitress staff had an unbelievably rude attitude from the moment we walked in. No greeting, no smile — just cold, dismissive behavior like we were bothering them by showing up. They clearly have no training in basic customer service or even common courtesy.

We were left waiting far too long to place our order, and when we politely asked for assistance, we were met with eye rolls and sighs. Absolutely unacceptable. It felt like they were doing us a favor just by doing their job. There was zero professionalism, and they made the entire atmosphere tense and uncomfortable.

I don’t expect luxury service everywhere, but I do expect to be treated with a minimum level of respect. Based on this experience, I would never recommend this place to anyone. If the management cares at all, they seriously need to retrain their staff or hire people who actually understand how to treat paying customers.
