It had an incredible spice blend marinade, giving off strong tastes of Clove, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Garlic and Onion. It was served with one of the tastiest rices we have experienced. The rice had noticeable cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks, cloves, bay leave, cashews, barberries, pomegranate and had distinct flavours of cumin, pepper, ginger, chilli- Now you can see why this was one of the best rices we have tried. On the side we were given a light mint sauce and a creamy garlic sauce, which were both enjoyed mixed in with everything.
-The Mishkak skewers, a traditional Omani snack, were incredibly Smokey and also juicy to the bite. They were incredibly well seasoned chicken, boasting strong flavours of garlic and curry, the Smokey nature dominated the flavour.
