The Westin Panama — Hotel in Parque Lefevre

I would like to start of this review by saying that The Westing Panamá was one of the best stays I have experienced in recent years. The hospitality level is truly amazing and they truly made me feel like a family member. I now consider Panamá a second home for how warm and welcoming the people are.||The hotel room was cozy, well-maintained, and very clean. Daily housekeeping service was also offered to which we come back after a long day of touring to relax. The hotel itself is 10 minutes away from through downtown area but it is very easy and accessible by taking either taxis or Uber. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing! Not one day did I have neck pain or back pain and I am very happy about that! |The food is also good and they have 24/7 In-room dining service which made it very easy if you have a late night craving!||This was a best friend’s trip and we left truly satisfied. Our stay was from April 9th till April 15 2025.||Having said all this, I would like to truly thank a few people that made the stay memorable.||Upon check-in, Eric at the Front Office made it very easy with the information and recommendations and made sure that we were in good hands all throughout our stay.||Hanna at the Front Desk was very helpful with the room changes and she made sure that I was accommodated early with my room switches when I had a new reservation started. She was always there with a smile.||Last but not least, Isleny who was the Front of House attendant was truly sweet and caring. When. My friend was started to feel sick, she made sure that a tea was prepared very quickly to which my friend woke up the next day feeling better and a bit refreshed. She checked upon us the whole time, and I truly wished I stayed longer so we can engage in longer conversations about cultures, food, languages etc. ||To the amazing team of Food and Beverage, thank you for always making sure the food tasted fresh, even in the late hours when ordering in-room dining. ||I will definitely be back in Panamá and the Westin in the very near future just because of how warm and welcoming...
