Nacionsushi | Costa del Este — Restaurant in Parque Lefevre

This place keeps on getting worse.... it's a shame it fell into one of those great restaurants that just loses sight of their quality and goes downhill with time 😐.

Had two different 🍣 sushi rolls and they came out within 5 minutes... both of them had fried ingredients which makes this super suspicious but upon having the first bite you can tell those fried ingredients had been prepared hours before. They were all chewy and cold instead of being crunchy and warm. Same with the fried topping on one of them.. chewy 😕

The ebi tempura was fine but also smaller than what they used to serve a couple years ago.

Service was bad, waiter forgot about my drink (Coke Zero) and after telling him about it, took close to 10 minutes to bring it out.

Now I remember why I stopped coming to this place unless I was invited like today 😒

Service was mediocre as usual in the Costa del Este branch, too loud music everywhere in the establishment. we sat in the terrace facing to a parking lot and then couple of the staff members come out playing their mobile phones loud and having loud conversation to other staff from another restaurant that were joined with the terrace. Springrolls were swimming in oil and missing the usual spices, like lemongrass. mango sangrias tasted like juice, stingy with alcohol. the best springrolls are done in the casco viejo branch including better mango sangrias. But like everything in here it depends of the mood of the staff what kind of food and service if at all one is...

Avoid at all costs! This chain restaurant advertises its allergy friendly and health conscious menu online, with the same menu presented to you in the restaurant. However, upon ordering our food, we were informed that whilst every other restaurant in this chain offers the menu as presented, this particular restaurant in Panama doesn't offer anything gluten free, despite it's menu showing the gluten free symbol throughout.
