Well... I was going to give this place 4 stars in the beginning but ... As the stay went on realized this place isn't ideal if you want peace and quiet. Constant noise morning and night, rooms are very cold and they don't provide water enough to the rooms. Lots of banging and talking early morning very disturbing. Won't recommend this place at all. Bedbugs found in multiple rooms on Nov 12, 2023.

We notified hotel staff and changed rooms twice in the middle of the night. We found bedbugs in first two rooms... not sure about the third, by that point we were exhausted and just slept.

I expected the hotel would waive the costs for everything after we spent half the night dealing with their pest infestation, but instead we got billed S/.60...
