I would never recommend this restaurant.

Food arrives cold, female wait staff have really bad attitudes and are not interested in attending clients. Male wait staff aren't much more attentive but at least they don't have a bad attitude. Items on the menu don't mean they are available. Manager hangs around and does little but occupy a needed table. He has to go since he's the one that is ultimately responsible for the entire operation. I first thought that maybe they treated me poorly because I was a Gringo. But then I noticed that locals were getting up and walking out. You can't get a glass of tap´water with your meal. If you want water you have to buy it. Serving size for the daily special is ridiculously large. NO ONE every finishes this very large portion. And this is typical for ALL of the restaurants in Ayacucho. Half the food goes back to the kitchen in Ayacucho. Makes no sense whatsoever. Even if you ask for a smaller portion, they still bring you a portion that is big enough for two people. Overall, I give this place a one star rating because the food is always cold, waitresses are nasty, wait time is up to an hour for a simple order, manager is incompetent, and you will never see your waitress again after the meal is brought to the table. This place could be highly recommended because the food is fairly good. But there are other reasons to rate restaurants. View from the balcony tables is wonderful since the restaurant is on the second floor. Tables are too close to each other on the balcony.
