Mood Hotel Lifestyle — Hotel in Chiclayo

Wow, this was a MISTAKE. TOTAL MISTAKE. Not sure how or why this is the #1 hotel in Chiclayo. First the positives. The bed and pillows were great. Bartender was friendly. The road noise could clearly be heard upstairs until +/- midnight. As evidenced by the photos the hotel rooms require upkeep. Was unable to capture in photos but the toilet was not sealed to the floor and flushing led to a flood. Sad and disappointing. A/C in restaurant for breakfast and dinner could note utilized because it would freeze the patrons. Option is zero air circulation. Requested a complimentary bottle of water instead of Pisco Sour. Nope not possible. At the end this was and will forever be a ‘one and done’. For tourists to enjoy they need to feel wanted and...
