Hotel was nice it had an interesting decor. My room was decent size for price.. The complimentary breakfast was eggs and bread. Staff was very nice. The only problem at the hotel was that I organized shuttle service, confirmed twice and when I arrived there was no one there to greet me. My flight had been delayed and we arrived 20 minutes late. I expect that if they had arrived, they just left after I did not show, however they had asked me for my flight information so they knew when I was coming in. I had no way of contacting the hotel other than through email which I previously had used however the woman who looks after shuttles did not work in the evening. After I waited there for half an hour and it was obvious no one would be coming I had to order an Uber. The next day I confirmed again that I would have shuttle service. I needed to get back to the airport for my next flight. I had booked it for 12 and did not leave until 12:20 which was cutting it closer than I would have liked for my flight. Overall though this is a decent place to crash close to...
Read moreWe checked into this hotel after midnight when the president of Peru decided to close the borders due to the COVID 19 outbreak. We were unable to get a flight home so we had to stay in quarantine until a repatriation flight was arranged to come and get us. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during the crisis. We stayed for 10 days and each day the owner called to check in on us and assure us that everything was going to be okay. The two staff members stayed with us the entire 10 days and made sure we were fed 3 meals a day. Since we were unable to leave the hotel, one of the staff members ran a special errand for us to the market to get us supplies that we needed. I couldnt imagine staying anywhere else especially during a world crisis. I felt safe and taken care of! ||||The hotel has good internet and a computer to use. It also has a nice terrace and balcony to...
Read moreThis was one of very few big hotels near the airport that could accommodate me on very short notice.
I really appreciate the ladies working the front desk overnight and in the morning. They were all very helpful. One of them printed an important document for me.
Most houses in Peru tend to be very loud inside due to the building materials. So whenever a door is forcibly shut, you can hear it very well. There's not much you can do besides wear earplugs, which I'm very glad I brought with me.
The hotel room was very clean, and they had two big thick blankets in the closet for us to use.
I can't speak for their dining service.
The park across the street can be a little noisy at night, but the area seems to be safe during the daytime.
Highly recommend this place if you need a place to stay near the airport.
At 4:30 PM on a Saturday, it took just 18 minutes...
