I have been trying different hotels, wasnt sure because of the two stars but I will say has everything to be a three stars without problem. Staff is very friendly and attentive and makes you feel welcomed since the fist moment you contact them. Super clean, small standard rooms. double rooms do not have external window though but an internal one helps. Good thing is that you dont see the room across yours because there is nice green panel in between that helps a lot!. If you want to watch the cathedral and the main square you will have to get a different type of room (I needed a doubled one). The mattresses are new and a bit hard but after a couple of days I got used to them. The hotel has a delicious continental breakfast at the restaurant in the terrace where you can enjoy the city views. The terrace is very lively at nights. The hotel is half a block from the very center of the city and you can walk everywhere, plenty of places to go around, Congrats to all the staff at the reception (Mariella, Noemi) and the ones at the restaurant.
