MESON HOTEL TACNA — Hotel in Tacna

Estuve hospedad junto a mi familia durante una noche. En primer lugar, nuestra habitación no estaba lista al momento en que llegamos y nos dijeron que estaría lista a las 13hs. Al regresar en ese horario, no nos avisaron que la habitación estaba lista y esperamos media hora mas hasta que al fin se acordaron de nosotros. La administradora, con una no muy buena atención, nos acompaño a la habitación. Nadie nos ayudo con las maletas. Al llegar a la habitación no teníamos ni una sola toalla disponible para usar, NI UNA SOLA. Nos dijeron que las iban a buscar, una hora después bajo a la recepción. Tres personas haciendo absolutamente nada, hablando estupideces sin prestarme atención. Luego de unos cuantos minutos, recién se dieron cuenta de mi presencia, vuelvo a solicitar las toallas y me dicen que en breve me las mandan. Otra hora mas de espera, a lo que no pudimos bañarnos y ni siquiera lavarnos las manos, y seguían sin traerlas. Volvemos a bajar a la recepción y esperamos a que la administradora volviera. En fin, casi dos horas y media después de nuestro ingreso a la habitación, llegaron las toallas (no todas) alegando que el señor encargado de las toallas llego tarde. Ademas después de haberse bañado una sola persona, ya dejamos de tener agua caliente.||WIFI pésimo!||Primer error al decir esa excusa, en un hotel, si alguien no puede realizar cierta tarea por cualquier motivo, cualquier persona puede hacerlo. cualquiera puede ir a lavar unas toallas, a nadie se le va a caer los dedos o salirse los anillos por hacerlo. Un hotel funciona bien por la actitud de servicio que tienen sus empleados. One of the better hotels in Tacna and not too expensive at 100 sols a night for a single room. There is free internet, cable TV and a simple breakfast included. As another reviewer said, the breakfast feels a little disappointing in such a nice hotel, but it is fairly standard for Peru and you can order something larger off the menu if you´re prepared to pay extra. The only thing that annoyed me about the breakfast was that they have a espresso machine, but I had to drink instant coffee. Niggles aside, I´d say it´s a nice place and...

i was in tacna for work, i just need the standard working tools.... i had to print acouple of quatation and it was a disaster, one of the pc was not properly installed and was not possible to print with the proper quality, then , using the other pc, the paper finshed and they told me i was supposed to go out and buy it!!! ||wifi working badly.||the room was ok , nothing special.||they use the entrance as a parking, you have to go round cars almost parked inside the hotel!!!||Tacna really need better...
