Magic Cusco Hostel — Hotel in Wanchaq

(ESP) Tuvimos que enviar dos correos solicitando AYUDA URGENTE ya que, debido a una reserva fraudulenta, terminamos de madrugada en la calle sin tener dónde ir. LA INFORMACIÓN ES FALSA, ASÍ COMO ALGUNA FOTO DEL EMPLAZAMIENTO.||||NUNCA nos había ocurrido algo tan terrible.||||Ya no sólo se trata de llegar de madrugada a una ciudad desconocida y a un lugar cuyas características no son, en absoluto, las acordadas; sino que además tuvimos que soportar una serie de insultos y descalificaciones que, lejos de ser propias de un establecimiento, no son apropiadas ni a nivel personal.||||NO ENTENDEMOS que haya que gente tan poco profesional y que se desentienda tan fácilmente de su megocio, DEJÁNDONOS A NUESTRA SUERTE E INCOMUNICADOS.||||(FRA) Nous avons dû envoyer deux courriels demandant l’aide d’URGENT HELP car, en raison d’une réservation frauduleuse, nous nous sommes retrouvés tôt dans la rue, avec nulle part où aller. Stayed a week here and it was cozy, clean, and felt like home while there. Our host Gabby was the best ever she called for her trusted taxi friend to get us to and from the airport. She also help us get tours for sightseeing. She had breakfast ready for us every morning there are just not enough words on how great she was. She did our laundry for a reasonable fair price. It was no more than 5 soles to get to the central plaza. I would definitely return here on my next trip. FYI let the water run for a minute or two until it comes out hot when showering. It was winter here in June they have no heat but plenty of blankets we slept cozy every night. Also research altitude sickness and drink your tea my symptoms came 12hrs into my trip before I realized what wat happening to my body so drink the teat that the hotel offers you will feel...

We book this hostel through Booking, we inform the hostel we will arrive at 4pm,when we arrive no one was here, the door was close. Then the lady finally arrive, she tried to charge us the Peruvian tax, by telling us it's a fee from Booking, which is not, this tax only apply to Peruvian! Then she did us a very terrible rate $ to Peruvian Sol, which was not at all close to official state rate! And at last she told us that our room was no more available (she gave it to a Airbnb reservation ) and therefore we should pay more!

At this point we left, we could not have a conversation with her!
