I will describe what happened in details. We were ensured that we receive English guide for tour 'TOUR CHOQUEQUIRAO 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS (copy) (copy)'. The guide didn't understand a world in English, but most horrible experience was that he didn't cared or guide us anyhow. From the first day he was telling us to go first without any explanation, then he was following us with his friend talking in local language (not spanish) and ignoring us, for anything we need to ask, the only small talks he indicated was about weather. We haven't received any valuable information about Peru, track or Choquequirao. We have no idea if he didn't want to talk to us or just didn't learned anything. He didn't warn us about mosquitos and he disposed of any our worries when we were bitten or cold as his friend did take our things on mule and went before or behind us in huge distance (20/30 minutes difference). We couldn't get our jackets or additional water (except the small one that we were carrying by ourselves) when we wanted, as our things were separated from us.

The guide was eating with us but he's friend was always hidden and we felt like they're hiding something and don't want us to watch. At second day in his house we found out that poor lunch and dinner that guide was eating with us was just for show of. We received extra small portions of meat, after full day we received about 5-10g of meat (I received 1x4 cm piece of meat and my wife got 1x2 piece and 1x3 cm piece) while in the other room they were eating full portions. Last day we received just small omelet and tea for 8 km of walk, while he stayed longer to eat more without us.

We were ensured that place where we stayed for two nights are comfortable not luxury like trip provider described. On WhatsApp I received confirmation that there will be some Internet access, hot shower and electric socket to charge phones or use hairdryer. Almost everything about it was a lie, I mentioned poor lunches and dinners but in our room was only bed, trash and one wooden furniture so small so we needed to put our staff on dirty floor. Fungus on the wall and in bathroom, plate as a roof and screw instead of basic locker make us felt very unsaved as there was no way to lock the door properly. We could only use socket in owner building in their kitchen, there also was poor internet access. We couldn't charge anything in the room or use hairdryer. Shower was outside with a hole instead of window, water was cold, we needed to ask for everything as host didn't cared about us. Going to his house we need use our own light as there was no proper lights to move in safe way. this place wasn't comfortable at all, we were freezing, scared and shocked about the offered conditions. We waited many times for a guide and lunch (on the last day we waited more than over 1 hour for the meal) and at the end 1 hour for the taxi even though we were at our destination on time. Everything wasn't organized on time, it is just a sad summary, instead of returning at 6pm to the hotel as in the offer we were over 4 hours late exhausted but happy that this...
