5 stars for cleanliness 5 stars for ambience 5 stars for food 3 stars for the venue(kinda bit shaky-it's an old house/building)

It was our first time to visit the restaurant because it is upper mid-range price (in short-pricey in our end). But as I said... You can NEVER go wrong. Whatever you choose from their menu is Yummy and so worth every single cent we spent.

This restaurant has a theme where in most/some of the ingredients are personally grown from their backyard.

It is open until 10pm but they do have a call time at 9:15pm to take your order.

There is also a private space for family that want intimate time together. I think it can accommodate like 10-15 pax.

It is very weird tho...that all of the dishes served (except the pizza) are served with a spoon and fork but we do have these beside us. Well, I don't mind it tho...Just weird or maybe it is how it is.

I think this is a fine dining which means they will serve the dish per course. But apparently they are serving it once the dish are done. I mention this because the table for two isn't that big to place all the dish we order. That's why we asked them to move the other table to our end.

With the dishes we had an appetizer (Mushroom Ravioli), pizza (Seafood), pasta (Bolognese) one main course (Salmon Steak). We also have refreshments. The Mushroom Ravioli is a must try!! I really love that one. It is like something I haven't tried before. The serving size depends on the dish. Pasta and Pizza are mostly served as 2-3 service size. Their Matcha drink is a bit sweeter than I expected.

NOTE: You should also check your receipt upon paying. I didn't notice (until I saw the picture) they punched my drink twice...that's almost $4 per glass so technically I paid almost $8 for one...

Visited this place April 3, 2022 , a Sunday . You need to make a reservation especially if you are in a big group or you find yourself in long queue if you just walk-in. It should open @11am but the staff came in late and they rushed when they saw us parked already. Nothing special as to food taste quality and actually quite pricey. Food presentation pretty impressive.though. Beverages were all very sweet , not my preference No service water here... you have to order for bottled ones. Food came in one by one to be served. Most staff were men (not very pleased to serve) and only one lady assisting at the center counter area. If you are a kare-kare person and likes alamang on the side, don’t order their crispy kare-kare because there is no alamang in the dish. It’s not the typical kare-kare that you know..this is not for you. Also it’s not soupy and has 4 pcs of veggie only. Their sisig paella and pancit luglug both disappointed me. Noodles used in pancit luglug was bihon and super over sauced. Sisig paella (?) served cold I wished for a sizzling one 🤣😂 The steamed pampano was disgusting , the fish was not fresh. I can tell by the look in the eyes of the fish.. it’s red. It tasted bland. 😭😭😭 Their Wild Pacu salad caught my palate though and the crispy okoy tasted so good as well. If you want a homey place to dine in you...

If you want a historical and Filipiniana/Spanish looking themed restaurant, this is the place to go. It's nestled and hidden like a gem among the bustling commercial area of Angeles City. You can feel a sense of home once you climb up the stairs and instantly feel the coziness of the place. We're lucky to be able to have no waiting time during lunch and was seated right at arrival (15pax). Reservations are advised as they can only accommodate a few people.

The cuisine is as expected to be Filipino and highlighting Pampanga's star dishes which are cooked with a twist - such as the Macadamia Kare Kare. And also a fusion from other Asian cuisine like the Salted Egg crispy fried chicken which I loved the most. I only gave 4 stars because the Kare Kare meat was cooked really hard that I spat it out when I got tired of chewing it for long and difficult to swallow. Other food we ordered were delicious and maybe I could advise for the others to mix their order with some soup & veggies to balance your palate from so much oily dishes.

Service was impeccable and though I forgot to ask the man's name who served us, he was so quick to accommodate us and respond to our requests.

All in all, it is worth a try and I can still say that I can go back to this restaurant to try their other dishes....
