The quality of the food and drinks was impressive and suited our tastes.

We've been waiting so long for take out. I'm a regular here since it's convenient for me location-wise. I go to church at hrp, i go to gym at amigo's, and i live like 10 mins away. I like going here and I've been coming here ever since it opened so don't get me wrong, but the service! We've been waiting 50 mins for our take out order. There seems to be a disconnect between the baristas and the cooks. The baristas seem timid to follow up with orders. I don't blame anyone in particular but the sense of urgency was out the window. Imagine an elderly waiting at the car for our take out order that took almost an hour. We didn't want to dine in since the stairs are kind of difficult for the elder. The food and drinks are good! I've been here for like 5-6 times and I haven't experienced a bad experience not until this time. I ordered 9 drinks and I accidentally spilled the 3 drinks because I lost balance in the stairs and I was about to ask the staff for what happened and yet they gave me a rude looks and I didn't like the way the talked to me, especially it was all an accident. I don't blame anyone, I understand that it might be a long day for them and they're all exhausted, I'm just disappointed. I hope this will never happen again to anyone....
