The only thing in my opinion is the employees are what keep this establishment going. Multiple problems; cockroaches to the bathroom flooding during a shower (poor drainage and a hole in the barrier let water flow right out to the bathroom floor). Breakfast buffet is sub par for the price each night. This hotel states it's a 3 star, not even close. I chose this as it was a very high recommendation from all web sites considering Seda and l'fisher were fully booked. Whomever ranked this hotel so highly must be an employee or management. Don't be like me, this was a hard lesson learned and I paid the advanced non refundable price and it didn't even include the dismal breakfast! The reason I mention the employees is they tried to make things better. The problem is, there is just too much wrong with this hotel and it can't be helped! It's not training an employee, the A/C has large cracks around the unit which allow mosquitoes and cockroaches to come right in, the hole I'm the barrier of the bathroom...these are all structural problems and maintenance should be fixing it!!! I PERSONALLY WONT RECOMMEND NOR EVER STAY...

We didn’t originally plan to stay here but our first option was closed that time so after roaming around downtown, we ended up here. Front desk staff was friendly. Thankfully they have an elevator coz our room was at the 4th floor. Room was spacious and clean. Toilet was just not that big. No bidet and hot shower temp cannot be controlled. No rug and slippers. Toiletries were complete though (dental kit, shampoo with conditioner, soap). No hair dryer but they have a mini ref, thermos, & 2 bottled water. 2 pillows were only provided. Breakfast was expensive (290 each) but delicious. They just didn’t follow my request (I wanted scrambled eggs but they served sunny side up) and they didn’t separate the fruits. Also, the staff in the dining area are kinda rude and cold. Idk if they’re just too tired but we didn’t like the ambiance while eating. For 1980, I don’t think I’ll come...

I cannot say much about the hotel itself but as for their restaurant called Master Resto on the ground floor, they have quite a lot of good eats here and are reasonably priced. I just had a problem with my steak last time. I ordered it medium well and got a well done steak. When I had it replaced, they ran out of stock and was asked if I wanted salpicao instead. I compromised and was happy with it because it was one of the best salpicaos I have tasted. And oh, the calamares was totally tasteless. I think they made a mistake in the kitchen. Otherwise, everything was fine. The salad...

We anticipate a significant improvement in our upcoming stay compared to our previous visit several years ago. The linens and towels are now pristine white, and the Wi-Fi connection has been enhanced, although some of our devices may still experience occasional connectivity issues. The service provided by the staff is commendable, as they are respectful and prompt in attending to our needs.
