Unprofessional Service Experienced at Jollibee Cybercenter, Bacolod City on March 9, 2024

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Jollibee Cybercenter branch in Bacolod City on March 9, 2024, at approximately 10 a.m.

Upon my arrival, I duly joined the queue to place my order. However, I was taken aback when a woman abruptly joined the line beside me and was immediately attended to by your staff member, Margel. When I brought this to Margel's attention, I was informed that the woman would only be ordering one item, a chicken meal, and thus would be served first.

I responded to Margel by stating that I too was only intending to order a single item and had been waiting in line as per the standard procedure. Despite my complaint, Margel chose to disregard my concern. What was even more disappointing was that I did not receive any form of apology for this oversight.

The incident left me feeling undervalued and disrespected as a customer. I believe that all customers should be treated with equal respect and fairness, and the order of service should be determined by the sequence of arrival, not the size of the order.

(7:00 am - 7:30 am 08/19/2024) [Regular Customer] Ordered a Breakfast meal (corned beef) with additional regular extra rice, together with spaghetti with chicken and 2 coke floats.

Now, the corned beef and garlic rice is good. However, the extra rice is already spoiled. We reached to the staff, and as I've observed, they were as if pointing fingers of who's fault it was.

They replaced not just the rice but the entire meal itself, but I don't trust the store anymore, so I never touched the new meal.

PS. Due to lost appetite and disappointment, I forgot to take the receipt with me. I was a regular in this branch, indulging myself at least 2-3 times a week for 2 years, and this will be the last time that I'm having a meal in this...

This how it goes in Jollibee cyber center?you see in your drive thru there's intersection?I don't think ur security guard doing there job well ..drive thru we are suppose to follow the line then y are some people doesnt get it?very bad example...this I love of being Ang Filipino...to u sir plate number GA 3034 salute ure well...
