University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos — Attraction in Bacolod

It is an excellent school with great faculty, accommodating and friendly staff, and they offer great services especially for those who are yet to be aware of the processes and requirements. BUT, no matter how good they are, it is extremely difficult for them to cater to more than the recommended number of clients they can handle. The accounting office, especially the teller, struggles to provide fast and efficient service not because they are incapable, but because there are simply too many clients sometimes. Majority of the time, there are only ONE teller open. You have to spend an entire day just to transact and avail the services. The number of times that the offices are closed should also be considered. It happens almost every week for one reason or another. One of the best universities in Negros Occidental. This is a Paascu certified University and home of topnochers and achievers. Tuition fee here is cheap and is practical. One that offers a reasonable price but quality education. This is a Catholic University managed by the Augustinian Recoletos. Overall, this is a good university to earn not just a bachelor degree but also post graduate degrees such as Masters, Doctorate.

They have worst facilities for senior high, i cant imagine how they allow this school to conduct face to face classes for 50 students in a single non airconditioned room with heat index of 42°.

We parents tried to reach out but havent heard back from this school.

I have 2 kids enrolled on this school and was about to enroll my 3rd. Looking at how expensive and non responsive they are i feel like i made a mistake putting my kids on this school.
