My sister and I book 2 nights and 2 rooms here and arrived around 8pm, but we have to check out early the next day like 7am without even taking shower. Just don't stay here. Shower area is dirty, the towel is digusting, like its been used for more than a decade, no hot water, no toilet paper, no drinking glass, no comforter, only 2 pillows, door locks were loose and kind of easy to fry open. There's a 30 year old picture tube TV that doesn't work. Big cracks on the walls, no CCTV in the hallway and they are still using key to enter the room and mind you that without cctv and electronic doorlock system there's a note inside in the room stating that they will not be liable for any lost of your valuables. Upon our arrival, it was raining, the guard just watched us and did not even greet us, we have to open the door because the guard just watched us. We have to pay upfront. And this is the worst place to stay.

Don't expect too much in this hotel. the service is very poor and the staff are not polite. they could have put more lights around. when you flush the toilet the water comes out is very dirty. it almost looks like an orange juice so as their sink. the only good thing in this hotel is just a walking distance from the market, Jollibee, Greenwich and Gaisano Bacolod. and no Wi-Fi available

We booked a bedroom with two queen beds last October 29-30 2016. I was surprised when I saw the lobby and the hallway of the property because I wasnt expecting to see a modern hotel. We entered the room and it was hot. at first we thought it was just because we had just turned the A/C on. After a few minutes of adjusting the thermostat, we gave up and called the reception. We were informed that we need to wait for a few minutes to let the A/C get cooler. It was time for us to sleep and it was still very hot. We asked If they can provided us with a fan because the other bed was positioned behind a wall so it was very humid. They said they dont have any and that no maintenance staff was on duty. which was weird bec they are a hotel and they should always have people available to assist their patrons.we slept overnight with the A/C on fan bec thats the only setting that works. At around 10 in the morning the technician told us that the capacitor or whatever its called is broken.the receptionist offered to move us to a different room and extend our stay till pm that day. it was ridiculous! the other staff were very kind and helpful but the receptionist kept denying us of our request. she said they dont have the staff in their kitchen so we cant order food. my mom requested to talk to a manager but she said that no managers are around because it was a sunday. what kind of hotel doesnt have managers around????my 3 yo son slept the night without a shirt because he was so hot. we all woke up with the beds all moist from our sweat. a good hotel doesnt only need a good facade or a modern design, it needs great customer service too. and the receptionist on duty that day was the worst. she was so sarcastic when she was talking to us....

Our flight got cancelled due to Typhoon Ompong (Mangkhut) so we had no option but to stay a little longer. Regrettably, our hotel is fully-booked through the weekend, so we had to transfer. We saw Negrense Suites over TA & its mixed reviews (including the bad ones over FB) We got tired in comparing & researching further as we only intend to sleep anyway.||Pros (+)||- The standard double room is spacious with windows.|- Very affordable room rates (we got ours at P900)|- Early check-in is permissible granted the room is available|- Nice looking facade and quite modern lobby for a budget hotel|- Hot shower/ Working A/Cs (just outdated facilities)||Cons (-)||- Horrible hotel attendants. No hi’s nor hello’s. I wonder if these folks are getting paid appropriately. They seem to be not knowledgeable on basic hotel accommodation.|- They could not offer any help at all. We attempted to ask a couple of questions on commuting to no avail. Either they’re not familiar or not interested to suggest alternative ways to do things|- No restaurant (there appears to have one but it’s no longer operational for some reasons)— good things there are eateries/ carinderias outside |- This hotel is situated within a residential area. I had a hard time sleeping as I could hear the dogs barking outside|- Dirty looking bedsheets/ bath towels|- Hallways are dark, seems abandoned||I know this is a budget hotel but we’ve been through a lot of affordable inns— and this is just sub par compared to hotels that offer similar...

RECONSIDER. I wont say stay away, just reconsider 2x, 3x.

It's cheap (Php 1k) for a 2-bed room with AC unit, TV, towel. Also with elevator. It's also some 2 or 3 km from church, SM, bus terminal. If you're good with these, then book a room.

Now here's what you ought to know why u should give it a 1st, a 2nd, a 3rd (or more) thought:

The bed, AC, TV -- you can get from inns, lodge, etc at lower price + better room. Again, reconsider. Because our room: no toiletry. we had to ask; they provided 1 roll of issue, 2 thin bars of soap, a bucket, a dipper TV had 1 (or 3) channel beds were itchy, and u know that dusty smell? yeah not well lighted sink was leaking. we had to use the bucket to catch the water shower room was clogged. we had to wait for hours before the water fully drained no bathroom exhaust. nature calls? that's ok, but gotta learn quick how to deal with the smell and i dont know with the shower head. it's holes seemed clogged, water was in all direction they have the thing that controls water temperature for shower (sorry not sure what thats called). but it was too hot! or maybe idk how to operate lol

so there you go. But at least their staff is friendly

We didnt request for change of room because anyway, we were out most of the time so we didnt bother

Again....
