Very bad service and management. First time I dine in that staff and manager name Sheryl having lunch together with her staffs and left one staff to assist customer as cashier and take note she is inside kitchen to prepare the order while customers waiting in the queues and no one even bother until finally the manage felt there is queues and she react., when the time she came I ask her madam where is your cashier and she pointed the girl and I reply (where she is? She is in the back kitchen preparing the order alone and all around staff, after she takes my order previous she is preparing it and the other clients waiting and even me as I need to add extra rice.) It's not acceptable this kind of service here in KFC. By the way take not the cashier staff name Mary Ann as per the invoice she ABIT (Tulala) or not in the mood to take order and even I ask her about my order she dont reply and I told her normally u repeat the order after taking it and yet I already ask you,u don't even bother to reply if it's correct or not.
