The guesthouse is a 5-minute walk from the central square of Loboc where you can find small grocery stores and restaurants.
Deluxe rooms are located on the second floor and have a balcony. Good mattress and very quiet air conditioning, as well as good WiFi, which is a rarity in the Philippines. Shower only with a cold water (December 2018), but this is not a big problem. In the corridor there is a cooler with hot and cold drinking water, instant noodles and coffee. On the ground floor a fridge with cold beer ;)
You can rent a bike or call a tricycle to travel around all the attractions of the island.
In the guesthouse you can order breakfast. For dinner, go to small restaurants on the central square.
This is a family-run business and the owners are very honest and helpful people.
In general - a great place for a short stay in a good location. Recommend!
The main problem of this guesthouse is the noise.
Firstly, right behind the house there is some kind of sawmill that cuts wood from 8 AM until sunset, making a terrible sound.
Secondly, the internal walls are so thin that you hear every neighbors rustle. And if they have small kids, then being in a room turns into a nightmare.

Read morePros: Friendly staff, dedicated to the happiness of their guests and to the growth of their business. Location to Jeepney drop off/pick up and several major attraction in town was great! Motorbike rental available (although I suggest the rental time should be for 24 hours vs 8-10 hours) to get to neighboring favorites like the Chocolate Hills, Man-made Forest, Adventure Park (the zip line) and the Tarsier Conservatory. Waterfalls and other attractions nearby (30-40 mins on motorbike) as well. Family room was spacious with small table just big enough for two. Decent bathroom and a small balcony. The view from the balcony was incredible; a rice field complete with water buffalo and ibis in magically tall green grass and lush tropical jungle.||Cons: There was zero hot water. We were given a hot water maker for tea/instant coffee and filled the bucket with two of those along with some of the cold water for bucket baths as a work around. Voices carry easily and with staff taking calls on speaker as early as 6a, well... Also, there are no screens on the windows, which would have been ice to keep the insects out and switch the ac off in the cooler evenings. There also seemed to be a smell of leaking gas that the owner downplayed but was nauseating at times when returning...
