This is the WORST PENSION HOUSE ever. If only we still have time to choose hotels, but it’s too late at night already to look for one. We are in a long travel and our driver is too tired and the Google map brought us here.

The faucet is broken. They just put wood to push and hold the water from flushing. The Shower is not functional. (It is USELESS!!) Bathroom and entire room are not clean. Aircon is weak. It takes a few hours to feel that there’s something cold. NO TABLES; NO CHAIRS; NO TOILETRIES (shampoo, soap, toothpaste,etc.), NO GARBAGE BIN. The door is not secured. It is just close with a door knob. The door edge is loose that I am afraid somebody outside will get in using a card to swipe. The TV is not functional.

The Room Rate is very pricey. We were asked to pay Php. 1,850 for 1 room with 2 double sized bed. When I ask of they have Senior Citizen discount because I have my Dad with me. They did not give any as the attendant said, there rates are already in Promo.

IT REALLY DOES NOT WORTH the PRICE.We feel like being SCAM. In fact I did not take a toothbrush and bath due to UNCLEAN water and Bathroom. This is my WORST experience in CDO.

LOCATION- First I will say if you are taking a taxi that has a general idea of the area, they will know how to get there. If not I could see how it may be hard to find no fault to the hotel though.

ROOMS- The room was descent, though the AC could most likely use free-on and the walls could use a little TLC. I believe the rooms are maintained about as well as they could be maintained for the staff and budget they are working with.

SERVICE- The service is the best part of the Red Doors hotel there are two main staff members who work the front desk and one maintenance guy all three of them are fantastic people. I could say positive things about all three of them. For example, I mentioned the lightbulb went out by my door and I noticed he fixed it the next day. Anytime I had an issue with finding descent food, adaptors, or a taxi Abedin and Naj would be more than happy to help point me in the direction and in some cases walk me to the store that sold what I needed if they were not busy.

CONCLUSION- While I wouldn't categorize this as a luxury hotel by any means, also its little out of the way. However, for the price and the good people who work there if you have a little patience, it can be well...

We have this issue' then finally last march 27, 2022 they called me and been asked about my gcash to process the refund' but until now haven't received it! Did try to contact them tru email? Wow! I've got nothing! No response!! Whooa!! this is totally annoying!! I can't really recommend this' and it's actually not a hotel its a pension house! Then, do not trust the photo of the room that they're posting cause it's totally different from the real one'! And of course expect mosquitoes and smelly bathroom and the TV are not functioning! Yet i still pay in full!! And that's the reason why they choose to pay at the property cause if you're having an issue it's gonna be BYE BYE CASH🙄🙄...
