I went to Missy Bon Bon Breadshop with my wife and daughter to have heavy brunch. When we arrived, we were not greeted or guided by the staff. We had to find a table ourselves. The fries that went with the French Toast were half cooked. The French toast had too much cheap butter. They only had brewed coffee because their coffee machine was out of order. When we informed the staff that the french fries were half cooked, the staff just said he will inform the kitchen staff. A simple apology would have helped.
