I’d say 2.5 out of 5. Location is about 10mins by car/ 40mins walk to the main center where most of restaurants, beach front bars are. But if you have car or motorcycle, then it should be fine. The staff are very courteous and would try to do the best they can to accommodate your requests. They are friendly and polite specially when speaking to a foreign national. Room size is okay, enough space for luggage, we got the room in the end corner after the restaurant on the left side. The mattresses ate okay and pillows are fine, blanket has two layers, one thick and one thin depending i guess on the weather. The ac is working fine but because there are 3 full windows with afternoon sun hitting, the ac was not enough to keep the room cool. We requested for extra fan aside from the ceiling fan already installed. But the annoying part of the 3days/2night stay was the random entering/exiting of the staff from your own garden (mind you with your own gate), they just come and go and bombarding the noisy metal gate and wakes us up specially on nap time, its because our villa is their way to hang clothes in the back. And they wouldn’t even bother to shut the gate door back, despite we have some of our belongings in the garden to dry. This villa/room should not accept guests if you are using its premises as for your operations and maintenance. It’s a bit disappointing as its ruins the privacy that each gated villa has, our villa entrance is where they place all the dirty linen and bedsheets of God knows whose room it was, that was the good morning and afternoon present in the main door. All the other villas has their gates closed and no hanged dirty linens like ours. Its a nuisance because this should have been informed to us. Everytime my baby and i try to take a nap, we’d wake up with the loud bang of the metal gate because someone from the staff again wide opened it! So if you are to book - make sure you are not to stay in a villa where they also do their operations. I doubt we are the only villa they use as their maintenance area as well. Ruins the experience of gated village feel. Mind you we spoke to the house keeping staff to remove it many times and finally in the afternoon when they took out all dirty bedsheets, they removed it from our gate. Restaurant food is average although- seafood fried rice and chicken noodles are commendable. Pool size is good to accommodate a lot of people and has a kiddie pool of 2ft height. Be aware of insects and mosquitoes but this is to expect in the Philippines and due to many plantations around Restaurant Staff were all friendly and nice, helped me to even entertain my baby so i can finish my food during breakfast

❌CONS ◾TV's GSAT in our room wasn't working so we weren't able to use the TV at all. We weren't even informed beforehand about it. They offered us another room instead but we had already settled in and had already laid our things out, so doing so seemed more of a hassle. Suggestion - inform the guests beforehand. ◾WIFI was available but with NO internet connection. We didn't bother asking about it as we had already assumed how they'd reply prior to the GSAT incident. ■ There were a couple of small roaches scurrying about inside the cabinet from where the cups and whatnot were stored. Luckily the spoons were wrapped in napkins. ◾ Alcohol and beverages had a premium price tag. ◾Nothing to hang your clothes on outside for drying except for the chairs. ✅PROS ◾ Room was spacious and clean ◾There were floor mats as requested ◾Swimming pool was clean and enjoyable ◾Budget-friendly ◾The place was cozy and had a serene vibe ❗VERDICT: ▪️It's a budget-friendly place and it's not that far from all the tourist attractions that you can enjoy. The pool offers a refreshing experience to cool down after a long day of touring around the town and under the heat of the sun. They also offer scooters for hire to make your excursions much easier for you. Considering the price and what the place offers in its entirety, our stay would have been extraordinary had there been no trade-offs.

I liked that the villas featured big rooms, each with its own balcony and table. However, it was a letdown when our next-room neighbors were noisy and decided not to sleep all night. The villa is about 2.5 \text{ km} from Panagsama Beach, the popular spot for both local and international tourists in the mornings and evenings. Mornings are ideal for the famous sardine run and turtle watching, while nights offer opportunities for parties (when available). Our shower head was malfunctioning, and the holder was ill-fitting, suggesting it had been recently and improperly changed. The pool was a nice addition, and since we had it all to ourselves, the place felt mostly peaceful and quiet, not noisy at all. The entire place, including the driveways, is kept very clean, and they even offer motorbike rentals all in all it was a good experience there.

A really good place to chill. It really looks like a village. Spent 5D4N here. We really don't have an itinerary so we just basically went with what we felt doing. And that's mostly chilling at the resort.

PRICE: We booked through Agoda which cost us about 5K for the 5D4N stay(1250 per night on average) but a local beside the resort is claiming that it's only 1K per night. We recomment to check first directly with the hotel instead of booking through third party apps.

ROOMS: we spent 2 nights each at 2 of their deluxe rooms — Garden View and Pool View

All of their rooms have veranda with table and chairs where you can have coffee or just chill. They have water heater and bidet. They have vanity mirror and desk. They also have mini bar with beers and sodas which they sell for a decent price. Cheaper than the ones they sell at their restaurant.

What I dont like about the garden view room is the pillows which i think are made of plastic. And the bathroom floor clogs a bit. Their bidet has a strong pressure too.

Their Pool View Room is better. It has cotton pillows. And their bathroom floor dries up. Oh and the bidet is safe to use with the right amount of pressure. And it is also near the pool(hence the name) and the restaurant.

ACTIVITIES: Swimming at their 5-ft pool Table Tennis Billiard

*They also have a bar beside the pool.

They have their own restau that serves asian and french cuisine. It's a bit pricey tho but the food, the ambience, and the service is good. They also serve coffee, milk shake, fruit shake, and fruit juice.

Renting of motorcycle, snorkeling gears, and life vest are available in the resort. Motorcycle is Php...
