We ordered three types of burgers (Hell’s, Classic, and Cheeseburger) along with two types of fries (regular and bacon). The presentation was great and appetizing, and the sauces were generous. However, the flavor didn’t meet expectations. The burgers, even with all the sauce, were surprisingly bland. I even tried separating the patty to taste it solo, but it lacked seasoning and depth. As for the fries, both types arrived almost cold, and the regular fries, which I specifically requested to be just salted, were unfortunately bland. Even the bacon fries, despite having cheese and sauce, didn’t deliver much flavor.
Service-wise, I’m giving it 2 stars. When we arrived, my wife and kids went ahead to get a table while I parked. I assumed it was self-service since I had to go to the counter to order. However, moments later, a couple (foreigners) arrived, sat down, and were promptly handed menus and had their orders taken by staff at the table. That felt a bit disrespectful and discriminatory as a local.
Atmosphere is 3 stars — your typical diner feel, nothing special. Just a suggestion: switching to ceiling fans instead of stand fans might help maximize space and comfort, given the limited floor area.
Overall, the place has potential but has a lot of room for improvement in both flavor and customer...

That said, this isn't it. My local (Talisay) also charges 180p for a quarter pound burger AND they deliver! Sometimes great, not always, but always solid by USA standard.
I was hoping that Fire & Ice was similar and it's not. Bun is great, burger was, objectively NOT 1/4 pound, precooked.
Cheese is not cheese, but a cheese sauce. Not as good as cheez whiz. Sigh...
If I want a cheap, not-so-good burger, I'll go to Angels or something like that.
Sigh, on this date, there is not a decent burger...
Read moreBefore they was very good, but it changed. They sold me recently two burgers quarter pound, but actually not bigger than Jollibee burger , so it's not a quarter pounder, only in the name and price. One of my burgers should also have caramelized onion but it was not, only fresh white onion. I bought in Big Mac in Alcantara they serve a burger called overload, two burger patty(bigger) and a egg for 85 peso, very much more food and tasty, and important, more meat. 209p...
