LR Hostel and Cafè — Hotel in Cebu

Perfect 4 nights, we loved it here, the owner was so lovely and made a very delicious breakfast, we had the halo halo and lunch here too which was all amazing! They have a bike to rent cheaper than the other bike rentals, it was a cosy room, very comfy, clean and quiet, great aircon and lovely hot shower! wifi worked fine and it was a bit out of town but very close to the mall, McDonald’s and plenty other shops, loads of tricycles, perfect if renting a bike to get around anyways, we even extended to use our room a bit longer as we wanted to go to the beach on our last day and caught the bus from right in front of the hostel! we booked through icanyon for the canyoneering tour which was incredible and had a pick up and drop off from this hostel. I have no clue where the bad reviews are coming from. We have been traveling through South East Asia for 5 months now and this is the best hospitality we have had. The woman is super friendly. We could choose to have breakfast at any time until 9:30 in the morning even when we wanted to go very early to the sardine run. She also made sure we had a scooter to rent right when we arrived. Just amazing how she managed the place. We would give it 6 stars if that was possible!

Some extra things to note: great wifi comfortabel beds two towels per person separate toilet and shower great air-conditioning close to a big mall with a supermarket etc. you can get on the bus to Cebu right in front...

I really enjoyed my stay. I booked for 1 week and extended my stay to 5 weeks. They staff and owner were very kind. I was even invited to their house for a holiday meal with them. I had a great time. I enjoyed the coffee and food at the cafe. I rented one of there motor bikes the whole time there. I was able to explore the area very well. Beverly was very kind, helpful and professional. I will recommend it to anyone. I will return to the Philippines in December and will definitely make L&R Hostel and Cafe a place I return to. Overall great...
