Marbeth Inn Coron — Hotel in Coron

My partner and I had the pleasure to spend the last 2 nights in the Marbeth Inn under Darwin's care.

He truly is a considerate, compassionate, and customer oriented person.

The room was perfect for us. The AC was powerful, the hot water from the boiler was instantaneous, and the common area was always supplied with tea, coffee, creamer and cold/hot water for your morning beverage and refilling our water bottles.

Just a couple doors down is an amazing kitchenette called 'Cumla Carenderia'. Genuinely one of the best local style restaurants we have eaten in all of the 10 months we've been touring around SE asia. )Of course, you can spend way more money and have pizza downtown, but you should really try and immerse yourself more often than not when travelling.)

Loved this accomodation!! The location is very convenient as it's far from the chaos but close enough to go by walk to the main area where all the restaurants and bars are. Darwin is an amazing host, he organised our tours impeccably and gave us good suggestions about what to do. He's always ready to help with anything you might need. You can rent snorkel and scooter here too. The double room is spacious, the shower can be hot too, bed is very confortable and the WiFi works very good. There's a balcony outside which is very lovely to relax after a day visiting the surroundings. 100%...

Perfect place to stay as a digital nomad in Coron Town. Wifi is super fast, best I've seen in the Philippines, rooms are clean and look new. The air con is working really well but it is a bit noisy. We only stayed one night but enjoyed it a lot. The prices are really affordable for a place you can see on Booking.com and the location is convenient, in a quieter area of the town but not too far from the center.
