(1) No airport PICKUP by Joval (as they claim); don't LIE to people. You pay for your own taxi-van: 15O pesos. Don't worry. There are many taxi-vans waiting for your flight.||(2) LOCATION: 4-5 football fields fr town center. ||(3) MOSQUITOs: doors opened for ventilation but no door screens. ||(4) Very HOT: poor ventilation, 1 small bedroom window. We booked to stay here 2 months in advance. We advised the property we would arrive between 5 and 6pm. We were arriving from a 3 day island tour and recieved a message at 4 41 pm saying we could not check in after 5pm. This was the first time we heard this. So we were given a 19 minute time frame to arrive. I called the property after seeing the email at 5:30 when we arrived in Coron and they told me they gave our room away because they werent sure we were coming. The staff member on the phone was totally rude saying it is because he was not sure we were coming, although we specified we would arrive between 5 and 6pm. So he left us in a situation where we arrive in a full town and we have nowhere to go. Dont bother booking this place if you value a secure booking and competent management. Totally unnacceptable...
