Excellent customer service! All of the staff from front desk to the waiters and waitresses to housekeeping — very hospitable, warm accommodating and friendly. You will feel their genuine care.

Excellent wifi connection - my work requires me to be online and they did not disappoint. There were power interruptions within Albay but did not feel that because they have a reliable generator that is on auto pilot! :)

Squeaky clean and spacious rooms at a very affordable price.
