Hi guys, I hope u can take this comment as good feedback to improve your services.

We paid $400 to get a luxury room, but it didn't reflect the real money value. It has some problems I would like to share with you.

The toilet and the drains are stinky. There is a weird smell coming out of there.

The water pressure is not good enough and we couldn't shower properly. Sometimes, you even have to wait until you can get sufficient water steam coming out of the tap.

The wifi does not work. It looks like you need to buy wifi extenders and improve the speed of the service with your telecommunication provider.

Please stop repetitive breakfasts. My girlfriend cannot eat pineapple, and you offered the same fruit every day. Perhaps, try bananas, apples, and mangoes on a rotative menu.

There is no mobile reception at your location. Probably, you need to let your guests know to be aware of the problem. Also, find assistance from your telecommunications provider.

Some good things about your hotel: The afternoon sea views are stunning. Your workers are keen to assist when needed. Your tours A-C are great. The location is also great with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, etc). The grand piano at the reception is cool.

Having mentioned the issues above, please recosider the price of your luxury rooms. My only intention is to help you and share my honest opinion and feedback about our stay at your hotel. Keep in mind that if dont fix these problems, in the long run they will ruin your business because everybody can get access to review like this one and possible customers/guests would prefer to go somewhere else.

The Philipines' people are humble and hard workers. Your staff is great and deserve the best for them and their families. Focus on the...

Travel agent booked this hotel for us for a standard double room for 4 nts. We got a double bed room, but no TV and room was very plain. When we complained about no TV we were told that the room that was booked for us showed air con and Wi-Fi, and we did not book a room with a TV, which BTW their website shows rooms with TVs and we picked this hotel based on photos shown to us by travel agent, which room was much more under-whelming than the photos. When we asked the front desk doesn't a 'Standard Double' room come with a TV? Got really no response from them. I told them that they we didn't book a room with a toliet, bedsheets, a mattress, pillows, toliet paper, etc.; but the room seemed to come with these items, other than just Wi-Fi and Air Con. They eventually said they would try to move us to a room with a TV the second day. When they moved us to the new room with a TV, which BTW did not even work. This other new room was a very small room that barely fit the double bed with very little walking space and an even smaller bathroom, and there was no where for us to put our clothes so we would live out of our suitcase; which there was really no place to even put the suitcase. So we just asked to get moved back into our original room with no TV as it was about 40% bigger (which isn't saying much), but at least it had a place to put our clothes and suitcase. Also, the 'Wi-Fi' internet was very poor in both rooms and only seemed to work okay either in the lobby area (ground floor) or on the top (4th) floor where the dining rea was located. Hotel is located about 2-3 km from the main area of El Nido. We recommend you stay...

If you’re thinking of staying here, DONT. |The place should be condemned. |Firstly the room, very very basic no kettle or glasses for water. No duvet ! Just a sheet. 200 peso charge for any marks on the bed sheets however there was dried blood on the bedsheets, I doubt they was changed before we arrived. Beds must be infested with bugs as I was bit several times. The bathroom stink of damp mouldy water. The shower was a joke must of been 5 different pipes connected to an electric shower which trickled Luke warm water, also the shower electric Cable was taped up with electrical tape. The breakfast was pitiful, breakfast was served between 7 & 9 but wasn’t ready for 7am they also have the audacity to charge you 200pesos for leftovers, we left what was a mouth full on the plate and was told if we didn’t eat it we would be charged. Now the staff, they have a mixture of older ladies and younger, the older being extremely rude and unwelcoming. The young ladies working there I felt sorry for as you could see the embarrassment of having to try charge you 200 pesos for a mouth full of food. All in all this is a very run down unorganised shambles of a hotel. They have absolutely zero customer service, save your money and pay extra for somewhere respectable as this place will put a serious damper on...

zero star for me. I picked it, even if it is more expensive than the other 2 star hotels as I thought it is better. However, I had a very bad experience, the worst actually. 1. No Wifi, No network signal 2. Unaccommodating reception, very rude, can't answer simple question 3. Incomplete sanitary kits. Even cheaper hotels have those. 4. Stinky Comfort Room, it smells in the whole room 5. There are bed bugs 6. Breakfast set-up. They have scheduled 7-9 breakfasts, which is good. The problem is they don't serve it until past 8. We were there already before 7, but had to wait for more than an hour to get a set breakfast. The staff won't help you, they will also complain but they book a lot of guests. So if you have tours, better to have your own breakfast or I recommend booking another hotel (that will be better). I have asked in the evening if I can order already as I have a tour tomorrow, but the reception is very rude. Not recommended hotel.

Royal Palm is along the way to the city so it is a convenient stop. Strike ride would cost you 100 php. Staff are very friendly and accomodating and checked us in quickly as we prepaid for the rooms. Rooms were decent for the area with local styled furniture. You can eat in an open area overlooking the ocean horizon. This scenery was great. Breakfast was included and you have 2 choices, usually one with rice and local Filipino food and one with toast and beacon or similar food. Only small draw back is they have some small ants crawling around. Price is reasonable as with eating in the city. We had dinner one night in the city in Jarace where you pick your seafood and they will cook for you. Overall, the place is decent for the price.

One of the worse hotels I have stayed at. If you have a choice don't waste your money and stay here. I didn't have a choice I let someone I know take control of booking hotels while I'm on my stay here in the Philippines. Let's start of with the positives. - Now onto the negatives. - Bed bugs / mosquitoes in the room. Got bitten up all over. - No Internet or signal in the room whatsoever, have to sit in the lobby. - The electricity cut out for 4 hours so couldn't see nothing early in the morning had to end up using my phones flash light to brush my teeth. - Towels were dirty looking and their was hardly any toiletries. If you're going to spend money just save it and book somewhere else
