I booked to stay one night only at the end of my holiday, to be near the airport for the next day. This was so much more comfortable than previous places I had stayed it, with a modern and beautifully quiet split system aircon, the most comfortable bed out of any I slept in during my stay in Palawan, and windows that let in fresh air (this might sound like standard, but in the Philippines a lot of places seem to have long corridors leading to rooms, so rooms have louvres opening to those, rather than the outside world.) Mhel, my host was very responsive confirming my booking, and was super helpful in every way. She was happy to drop me into town, to restaurants, back to airport, and was lovely and chatty and welcoming. I also really enjoyed sitting on my little verandah, in the lush garden. Yes, it is a bit further out from town (although closer to some of the better beaches), but with Mhel being happy to drive, and the Tuk Tuks being so affordable, it's really not an issue. And being more at the local end of town, in really interesting as well. And I had no problem finding some good local eateries/ street food within walking...
Read moreI really enjoyed my stay. I spent 5 days here and wanted to extend my stay, but unfortunately, everything was already booked. The room was clean, bright, and spacious, with every detail considered for complete comfort. The room had all the necessary amenities: stable hot water, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a hairdryer. There was a large smart TV and fast, uninterrupted internet, which is especially important for those who, like me, work remotely. It’s quite difficult to find such good options in El Nido. I would like to especially thank the hotel owner. She was always ready to help and provide advice, whether it was recommendations for local attractions or assistance with organizing excursions. Her friendliness and attention to guests made the stay truly cozy and pleasant. She helped us not only with advice but also with actions. She assisted us with moving, drove us around the city, and took the initiative to help. Overall, I was very satisfied with my choice and can confidently recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to this region. Every detail is considered here to make guests...
Read moreThe place is clean, beautiful, and well-organized. We stayed there for four nights, and if it weren’t for our flight, we would have stayed even longer, el nido is beautiful . The villa is located about a 7-minute drive from the city center (we rented a motorbike) and is close to Lio Beach, a stunning beach with a calm nightlife (restaurants, yoga, a promenade, and cafes).
The villa itself is very clean, well-maintained, and relatively new. It had the best shower we experienced in the Philippines – strong water pressure and hot water! There’s also a fridge, fan, ac, kettle, coffee-making items, and a TV.
We arrived with some concerns since there weren’t many reviews, but the conversation with the owner gave us confidence, and everything turned out great. Anything we needed – towels, toilet paper, fruit, hot water – we received within minutes. When it rained, she helped us get around.
It was nice to stay in such a quiet and peaceful area.
We highly, highly, highly...
