1/10 - totally unprofessional staff and not tasty food

Got American breakfast, 350peso. Very disappointed, bacon taste bad, overcooked and weird looking. Also bad presentation food on the plate. Bread - has weird to sweet taste

Would not recommend, but I don't know maybe other menu they cook better. I was amazed by reviews and finally actually the best solution from the first look that I had to this food - to reject to pay for that and go away.

You can make it better.

Edit: got feedback from this restaurant. Guys to lie about customers bad behavior it's not the way to fix the things. You think if you make me look like a liar it's will look in the eyes of people that read reviews - irrelevant to your place? Grow up. Totally...

3 words: W O W 🤩 My family and I have stayed in this hotel more than 10 days and we’ve had breakfast, lunch y dinner almost every day. The food was so delicious, the atmosphere very chill, relax and the place is beatiful surrounded by palm trees 🌴 it felt like a real island experience! The service was a definitely a 10, to be honest we asked so many times for help and they always with a big smile and a good predisposition. One night they prepared an amazing seafood dinner, good price, excellent presentation and of course delicious 🤤 Good location nearby to the town, the airport and the Lio Beach. Was a little bit disappointed, after receiving multiple recommendations to try this place out. Unfortunately almost all of the craft beers were sold out. Ordered 2 of the available beers and they hit the bottom of the keg after one. 4/5 kegs were dry. They didn't have any bacon, so couldn't order the burger I wanted. And then there was also no ice for the cocktails. The American burger was good! The chicken wings were lacking sauce, they were pretty dry- but they had potential!

Had high hopes! Just wish they had...
