Namal Apartelle — Hotel in El Nido

The room is small, AC only in the bedroom. There were a few Breakfast options but without any drink to it (when I asked about it they informed me that they're waiting for the coffee supply, nevertheless during my 5 night stay I never got it). Electricity is not stable, so if you depend on it, working remotely it's not reliable, the same as internet connection - it looks like quality depends on which room you will get. Cleaning is done on random basis, one day it's done, one it's not. I wouldn't recommend taking laundry in here, it took 3 days to get it back (it was probably ready earlier but nobody informed me that it waits to be collected from the Staff room) and it was not fully washed. The bathroom is very small, the sink is tiny, making it hard to use. Not sure where all the perfect reviews come from, I would describe it as mediocre. The biggest advantage is...

The appartement is very well located between the different beaches. We were initially worried about being a bit far out, but it turned out to be more convenient as it was halfway between the beautiful beaches in the north and south of the coast, only 15 minutes by scooter from the center of El Nido.

The host is very nice and responsive, the room was ok, but we struggled a bit upon arrival since it was 11 PM and no one was answering.

I think we didn’t understand how breakfast worked because we only got one during our 4-night stay. It was supposed to be served at 7 AM, bc we had a tour at 7:30 AM, and it only arrived at 7:30 AM. The other breakfasts never arrived, so sad it looked good…

Absolutely loved our stay at Namal Apartelle in El Nido! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to kickstart the day. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure every need was met. They really went above and beyond to help us. Room was spotless and the bed was huge and comfy. The added bonus of free scooter made exploring the beautiful surroundings effortless. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect for accessing all the must-see spots. We preferred staying here instead of the busy and noisy downtown area. If you book a tour, do it through them. We had the best crew and boat for our tour, in comparison with the others that we saw that day. Highly...
