Malipaya Villas — Hotel in General Luna

Quiet beachfront property with pool that is well maintained.

Each dome has a decent size bedroom good for up to four people, and a good size bathroom separated from the bedroom. Has an outdoor lavatory. They also have a mini-fridge, microwave, utensils and they provide drinking water. Wifi access available.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

Property is not walking distance to restaurants, so you need to take tuktuk. Might have to debate with tuktuk drivers bec they will try to ask for ₱50 for a 5 minute ride to GL proper.

Notes for improvement: Needs proper cabinet space, and a full sized mirror inside the bedroom. Currently the only mirror available is inside the bathroom.

Would also be nice to have tables by the pool as a common area. And outdoor shower.

We had the best experience in these villas (domes). We were a family of 12 with 2 kids and occupied 3 domes on our stay. Very luxurious glamping set-up. The beachfront location was a bonus. Kids love the water as well as adults. Had our morning coffee by the beach while watching the kids and some adults paddle boarding and enjoying the pedal boat. In the evening we had a swim in the pool which was just steps away from the domes. It’s very private and because it was a week day, it seems like we were the only guests in the villas. We have the whole place...

Such an amazing place. The whole villa was clean 10/10 and well equipped. The kitchen had every single thing we needed and even more. The rooms were big and spacious. each person has 2 towels- one for the pool and another one for the shower. We were two in the room, and it had a lot of space. It easily could fit 5 people as well.
