Cebu Mactan Lux 7 Poolvilla — Hotel in Lapu-Lapu

I read about this bad feedback regarding this poolvilla. ( it's all not true based on my experience) I didn't hesitate to try to have a short stay-cation here. My family & friends stay here for 2 nights and 3 days. The place is very private. Good for relaxing. You can do whatever you want in the house, swimming day & night and everything 😉 you can even rent a karaoke for singing & music. They offer a barbecue ( but have additional, if you just want a barbecue party 😅😉) Their rooms are all good and clean. They also have free breakfast. You can approach nicely to their ate's ( caretaker in the house). They will be the one to assist you while you stay there. ( they are nice too ) Oh.. also, the owner/manager is very responsive and approachable when I have a query about the place. This pool villa is a little bit far from the highway, so much better. You will buy the things you want in the grocery before going to the villa. But if you have a ride.. you don't have to, because you can use Google Maps to search the other place it's just nearby from the Newtown, like 3-5mins. And near from savemore maribago. ALL IS WELL WHEN I STAYED THERE!! No regret ☺️ I highly recommend this place if you want private gatherings, vacation or family reunion, or just to chill and relax. Thank you Lux7...

It was a better place to chill, relax with your love one's. I enjoy their nice pool view their garden and with their fresh air etc. It's such a pleasure to have a vacations on their place with a great offers they have. And also I like their staff's that they were companion to make us more comfortable of our vacation and they are so kind, friendly very attentive and helpful to us. 별 한 개도 아깝습니다. 다녀본 숙소 중에서 최악입니다. 네이버에 좋다는 평이 많이 있던데 믿지 마세요. 새로 지어서 깨끗하다는 추천 받고 갔는데 방 안에서 벌레가 돌아다니고 야외 풀장 옆에 초대형 바퀴벌레가 수 백마리 살고 있습니다. 방문은 안에서 잠글 수 있는데 허술하고 그나마 밖에서는 잠글 수 없어서 열어 놓고 외출해야 합니다. 도난 관련 이슈가 있어서 외출할 때 현금과 여권 및 귀중품은 휴대하고 다녔습니다. 객실 세 개는 그나마 욕실이 딸려있지만, 객실 한 개는 욕실/화장실이 외부에 있습니다. 더운 물도 나오지 않고 물에서 쇠냄새가 진동하네요. 비누 치약 등은 가져가야 합니다. 침대는 삐걱거리고 매트리스도 아닌 스펀지를 깔아놨어요. 올라갈 때도 삐걱대고 돌아눕거나 뒤척이기만 해도 삐걱대서 중간에 잠이 깰 정도네요. 버리는 침대 주워다 던져 놓은 것 같습니다. 아침 식사를 예약했는데 차려주지 않아서 매니저와 통화해보니 자신은 들은 적 없다고 하네요. 숙박 조건에 조식 비용 포함돼 있다고 따지니까 즉석 식품 아무거나 한 개 먹으랍니다. 일하는 아주머니 둘이 새벽 6시부터 다음 날 새벽 2시까지 잠도 안자고 매일 큰 소리로 싸워서 무척 시끄럽습니다. 매일 새벽 6시에 둘이 싸우는 소리에 잠이 깼습니다. 알람이 따로 필요 없습니다. 참다 못해 조용히 해달라고 하니 잠시 조용하다가 또 싸우네요. 짜증이 나서 견디기 어려웠습니다. 외진 곳이라 주변에 식당, 커피집 같은 편의 시설이 아무것도 없습니다. 차 없으면 어디 갈 수도 없습니다. 이런데도 가격은 앙헬레스 풀빌라보다 두 배 비쌉니다. 이곳에 다시는 오지 않기 위해 기록해둡니다.
