Urgent Feedback – Unprofessional Staff Behavior
Date: June 20, 2025 Dear Azure Beach Club Management,
I recently visited your restaurant and was genuinely impressed by the quality of the food and the overall atmosphere, both were excellent and made a great first impression.
Unfortunately, my experience was seriously overshadowed by the behavior of two staff members who were working during my visit. Both were wearing pink crop tops and white shorts, and from the moment I arrived, they were dismissive, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional. They snubbed me and made me feel unwelcome, as if I was bothering them just by being there.
This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable in any customer-facing environment, especially in hospitality. Regardless of how good the food or ambiance is, staff behavior like this leaves a lasting negative impression. It reflects poorly on your brand and undermines the hard work that clearly goes into the rest of the experience.
I strongly urge you to take this matter seriously. Staff who treat guests this way should not be representing your business. I hope to return in the future and be met with the kind of hospitality that matches the quality of your food...

I came early in the evening at 5 o'clock, but all the beach view table are booked already. If you want to seat the beach seat you have to reservation for it.
I ordered pizza and a mango cocktail for the kids food, but they said no mango cocktail, so I changed it to a mango shake. Pizza is not bad. The problem is that the kids' menu. doesn't have a menu paper. kids menu but all chichen... I ordered fried chicken, staff said kochon =fried chicken. (it is better to explained chicken stick. )but I'll have 4 pcs of chicken stick and vegetable rice, and it price 450peso. +10% +10% ... I'm wondering,why didn't prepare the kids menu paper?? If saw pictures it is easy. My child said just "Chubby Chubby much better." And I agree.
So. I heard many time sorry in here.. If I like sth I visit many time. But. I will not visit agin.
And we just leave,, staff follow me? "did you sign?? Omg she though I'm not pay.. Amazing experience

They offer great variety of European and Asian fusion food (which is rather good because some European ingredients aren't easy to get, and Asian touch adds the beauty without compromising the taste). We had dinners here two days on a row, eating fish, sea food, steak and good amount of different appetizers. My favorite is a beef carpaccio with truffle sauce. I can strongly recommend all of the appetizers and I wish this restaurant would have a branch in Amsterdam (that would be still my number one). They also have good wines (we had a bottle of perfect French red wine with our steak) and top-notch service (thanks to Joy, she helped us with our choices both nights and most likely she's also the nicest person on the island). Even if you don't stay at Crimson hotel I'd still recommend to book a table here with a sea view and enjoy amazing dinner. For sure we'd like to come here once more, because of the food and...
