Honestly review..
The road towards the resort was very rough and uneven, I felt nauseous and had a migraine...
But when we arrive there was a nice guy who immediately helped us carry our stuff to the cottage..
Actually about the cottage we got a free 1 since we were 5 people but the flies were unbearable so we BOUGHT a different cottage for +100 pesos since we were only 5 not 6 people.. since we couldn't handle the flies we moved there.. BUT THE FLIES FOLLOWED US AND KEPT TRYING TO EAT OUR FOOD!!
Now for the swimming, at first it was great, we arrived at high tide and the waves were crazyyy it was very thrilling and fun! We even rented googles for 100 pesos, we rented 2 for 200 pesos, theres certainly better places to snorkel but this place had a lots of fish, we saw a blue 1 black and even pufferfish! But be careful we saw 3 jellyfishs thankfully we didnt get stung.. The sea it self is rocky but they built a platform under the shade for the kids and if u just wanna chill at the shade. Unfortunately 1 of the slide was close the big 1 too, only 1 slide was opened.. that's pretty much all there is to say about me and my families swimming experience..
We spent like 500 pesos = 5 people, 100+ for the cottage, 100 pesos for the salbabida, 200 pesos for the 2 googles then 150 for 5 icecreams Total we spend over 1050 pesos since we didn't shower at there showers since there showers are 20pesos..
The payment process wanst fast they make you sign a lot of papers but my mom doesn't really mind..
Overall my experience there was okay I had fun snorkeling and watching the fishes but, the reason the my review is only 3 stars is because of the ANNOYING FLIES and also the rough road..
Side stuffz They had a karaoke that cost 250 per hour but only big groups can use it.. they don't let you bring ur own Bluetooth speakers and karaoke a ur own cottage :( I think they had a pool but it was very dirty.. when we got there we were 1 of the first families to have arrive and it was amazing it felt like a privet resort after 2-3 hours and other people came. They had a free usable grill, The register...
Read moreI am a foreigner from Toronto Canada.
I came to this resort because of the videos and website.
Let me tell you something.
The slide is broken.
Glass in the water.
They make you sign a (if their stuff hurts you they are not responsible)
I don't even think this place has insurance!
The water had garbage in it.
They charge you when you enter. After you enter and go to sit down they make you pay to SIT DOWN on a chair.
Then when you're done swimming they charge you AGAIN for taking a shower.
The female manager this morning made my 75 year old senior citizen mother go home in the hot sun without letting her shower because we didn't give her (the manager) 20 pesos.
We visit the Philippines. We went to 7 different resorts.
We gave all of them 5 star reviews. We were very happy at all resorts.
But this resort is a nightmare.
That female manager this morning was horrible!
Money money money always wanting money.
We had no more money on us because we gave it all to this resort for everyone then again for sitting on a chair and table.
I told her we had no more money and she said ( she paid 3000 pesos to bring in the water truck).
Now my 75 year old mother has a rash on her eyes, face and shoulders because the manager didn't get an extra 20 pesos!
I HIGHLY recommend you don't go to this resort because that female manager this morning might impose a (policy) or she will punish you (or in this case) my elder 75 year old mother that now stuffers from a painful rash.
I go to church and I pray. I love everyone in the Philippines.
I will pray that female manager will not hurt any more elder people that can't give her 20 pesos for a little bit of water to rinse...
