Palermo Restaurant never disappoints!! I want to commend how great their service is making sure we are satisfied not just by what we ate but how they give excellent service to us, the moment we walk in. It is my first time probably not my last dining here. I love the place it's giving European aesthetic. We ordered Gambas, it has bursting flavor. The shrimp was perfectly cooked, tender, and well seasoned. Also, I ordered Carbonara, and let me tell you, I'm not a big fan of carbonara... but this one completely changed my perception. Creamy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced!! A total game changer! Their pasta is definitely a must-try and worth every penny. The highlight of my experience is the Pappardelle!! and it was truly a dish to remember. The first bite alone made me want to order more, it was that good. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and fresh. Just how I imagine authentic Italian pasta should be. You cant end your dine here without trying their homemade ice cream. I highly recommend the mango flavor. Good place to dine in, like if you want to have a romantic date because of the ambiance but if you will be bringing a toddler with you, it will be a headache, especially when the toddler is done eating and you are not, then the toddler wants to play the phone, it will be a No-No since it should be in a silent mode (they really reminded me on the 2nd day we ate in the place). I do not have a choice but to eat outside the place.

In general, the place is not really suitable for toddlers or even infants because it is really hard to control sometimes their frustrations and feelings when they want to do something that would require an additional sound to the area.

Everything was just great! I started with their Hand-Prepared Caesar Salad — it was the best! Fresh greens, crunchy and tasty croutons, flavorful chicken, and a dressing made with pure passion! Mushrooms are so refreshing that we have to order again. That grilled pork chop is just the bomb! I ended it with home-made vanilla ice cream (that’s just the regular size; how much more is the extra large?).
