Overall, Modern Peak Suites is a cozy little resort accessible from nearby cities with friendly staff and clean facilities, although the price is at a higher tier compared to competition.
There are more than enough facilities for our group to go by: chairs, tables, food prep stuff, among other things. We forgot to bring a rice cooker but we were able to borrow one from them for no additional cost.
The pool was alright with max depth of about 5 feet. Nothing too fancy, but it wasn't shabby either. No sunroof available so make sure to wear your sunscreen before diving.
The best part of the resort are their rooms. They were really spacious and clean. Bunk beds were nice and firm, but the pillows were a bit too huge for my taste. We had requested for a ground floor room as my mother is PWD - no problem. The others stayed on the 2nd floor.
Breakfast was included in the rate. We almost had the pool to ourselves even if it was the Holy Week. The only downside was Internet and mobile signal were poor. But again, since that was 2 years ago, things could have already improved.
My mother loved the place and she said that if we're back in Antipolo, this is where she'd like for us to be...

It just reflects the understanding (or the lack of it( of management to the guests who would like to stay at their hotel. Nothing great about the hotel (no hot water) expect the painting on the wall to make you feel better. I guess its a family owned place which really needs to learn about the industry. With the same money, I am sure there are far better places one can stay at with better services and facilities. Don't waste your cash by coming here unless its your last option (and too far a distance to...
